Step 1: Enable USB debugging

Settings – About the device – Press 7 times on the build number.
Now go to settings – developer options – set them – tick USB debugging – press ….

    oh man, it was super easy thank you.. at first i thought nothing happened because it only took like 1 minute and my phone restarted.. i was like WTF? what went wrong? LOL.. again thank you, Noob, my first time rooting..

    My phone is rooted but it keeps turning off and on when I shut the case and when I put it to sleep. Any suggestions anyone? Happened since rooted

    hoi ik zie dat je NL bent XD maar ik ben bang dat het fout gaat heb ik al een keer eerder gehad met de Galaxy S dat ging fout maar heb ik gefixt en nu ben ik bang dat het weer gaat gebeuren met mijn galaxy SIV i9505

    Hi that is a useful video. Will rooting this way affect the KNOX flag? I am on UK EE network, can I revert back if I decide I dont want root? thanks
